well, i did it!
finally got my first etsy listing on our store :)the fabrics are ones i got randomly in a swap done on craftster [favorite crafting website ever]
should have done the smaller bag, since the back of the bag is a totally different fabric [it does coordinate, don't worry] but i think it turned out amazing, and the smaller bag wouldn't have done it justice.

i'm off to load up a previous bag i made for myself back when i did erika, ariana and jenny's christmas gifts this past year, but then fell in love with the bag i use now [its black with white stars... LOVE]
